    ITEAMS SRL (CUI 51852945) is a Romanian IT outsourcing company. This statement describes how we meet the Romanian and European Union legal requirements that apply to our business.

    Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

    As a Romanian IT outsourcing company, ITEAMS SRL processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian Law 190/2018. We aim to keep all processing of personal data lawful, fair, and transparent, and we respect the rights of data subjects, including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.

    • Consent Management: We obtain consent that is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous, and allow individuals to withdraw consent at any time.
    • Data Subject Rights: We honor all GDPR rights, including the right to erasure ('right to be forgotten') and data portability.

    • Engagement Models: We work with IT specialists as employees or independent contractors, ensuring that all contractual relationships are structured according to Romanian legal requirements.
    • Contractor Registration: Where we engage independent contractors, they are registered as private entrepreneurs (PFA) or operate through their own companies, as required by law.
    • Tax & Social Contributions: We pay all mandatory social insurance, health insurance, and income tax contributions for employees. Independent contractors pay their own contributions, as provided by Romanian law.

    Cybersecurity & Digital Resilience

    We recognize the importance of digital operational resilience and cybersecurity in our sector:

    • NIS2 & DORA: We follow Romanian Emergency Ordinance 155/2024 (transposing the EU NIS2 Directive) and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) where they apply to us or to the client engagements we support, including providing the ICT third-party information our clients need.
    • Continuous Improvement: We review and update our security practices as regulatory requirements and industry practice evolve.
